Three colours, one language

A traffic light everyone understands

Svitlofour turns what people experience into three honest states. No stars, no long forms — you see the signal before you read a word.

Stable

All good here. The place works as it should and residents confirm it.

Attention

Liveable, but something could be better. Or the fix is already in progress.

Critical

Something is wrong and needs fixing. This is the signal people notice first.

Several signals in one place

When different people talk about one location, the marker becomes a pie: the slices show how many green, yellow and red signals the place collected. The mood of a neighbourhood is visible from map height.

Live signals

What people say about their places right now

Real signals from the Svitlofour map — photos, words and hashtags from people who were there. Tap one to open the place on the map.

How it works

Four steps from a photo to a signal on the map

  1. 01

Take a photo where you stand

The app uses your real location. Without a GPS fix nothing is published — the map only holds real places.

  2. 02

Pick a colour with one tap

Green, yellow or red. The colour becomes the corner of your photo and the marker on the map.

  3. 03

Add a hashtag and a comment

Hashtags group signals by topic: #parking, #lighting, #kaufland. The comment is optional.

  4. 04

    Watch what happens next

Others agree, comment and add their own signals. The place gets a history, not a one-off review.

Rate this place

A photo is always square, and the signal colour is always the bottom-left corner. This is what every Svitlofour signal looks like: in the app, on the map, in the feed.

Why this is for you

Svitlofour is not another review site. It is a way to see your city through your neighbours’ eyes and be heard without ranting in a group chat.

Know the mood of a place before you go

A café, a courtyard, a bus stop, a beach, a playground — the map shows what is really there, from people who stood right next to it.

Report a problem in 10 seconds

A broken streetlight, litter, a dangerous crossing. Photo, red, hashtag — and everyone watching the area sees it.

Follow what matters to you

Observers tell you when a new signal with your hashtag appears near your home, school or office.

See a result, not silence

A chain of events shows a place going from red to green. Your signal does not vanish in a feed — it becomes part of a story.

Privacy by default

Public reviews are anonymous: the map shows only the photo, the text and the hashtags, never the author. No internal identifiers, no home coordinates, no hidden codes.

For companies and communities

Hear about the red before it becomes a Google review

For a company, Svitlofour is a radar around your locations and an internal reporting system in one app. Signals from people outside, reports from your team inside, one map for decisions.

Observers

Set a centre, a radius, a hashtag and colours. As soon as a matching signal appears inside, you get a notification with the photo and the point on the map.

Team reports

Employees record the state of sites right on the spot: photo, location, report type, colour. The manager sees everything on the map without assembling spreadsheets by hand.

Chains of events

Several events at one location become a timeline: problem, in progress, resolved. You see progress, not scattered complaints.

Analytics

Reports, reviews, chains, observers and hashtags in one panel. Frequency, criticality, trend — per location and across the company.

Who it is for

Retail, cafés, fuel stations

An observer on every branch. A red signal next to your till reaches the manager in a minute, not a week.

Property managers and housing estates

Residents drop signals, your team answers with reports. The chain shows the problem is closed.

Municipalities and communities

A mood map of districts from people’s signals. Hashtags show what hurts most: #roads, #lighting, #litter.

Service and field teams

Site rounds with structured reports instead of photos in chat. Every site’s history in one place.

Svitlofour glossary

Five words to read the map

Signal (review)

A photo of a place with a colour, hashtag and comment from someone who was there. Public and visible to everyone on the map.

Report

A structured signal from a company employee: type, colour, location, time. Visible to the team, not to everyone.

Observer

A rule on the map: centre, radius, hashtag, colours. It catches signals that appear inside and notifies you.

Chain

A timeline of events at one physical location. Not a route between points — the story of one place, with progress.

Hashtag

The topic of a signal. It groups, filters and shows how often and how critically people talk about something.

Not tied to one city

Works wherever you live

Svitlofour does not belong to one city. There are signals in Kyiv, Zagreb, Hannover and Dublin — and anywhere someone opened the camera.
